How do you make a car crash scene please and how do you get the police to stop the cars is it a mod please can someone help me thanks and how do you get to drive the fire and ambulance missions thanks

    I think you can do all this with Simple native trainer but I'm not sure how. Try this when you spawn a car that is in crash save it so it will stay there.

    Just position the cars in the way you want, make sure to save them with SNT and pretend the accident happened. 

    I think the vdH PoliceHelper has a car accident call-out (Download: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>).
